What comes back fastest

You bought the book and the file did not arrive. Send the email address you used at checkout. Gumroad delivers by email and download link, and the message occasionally lands in a spam folder — check there first, then write and it will be resent.

A question about a method. Name the chapter and tell me what happened at the point it went wrong. That is usually enough for me to tell you which of the three usual causes it was.

An ingredient you cannot find where you live. Say what it is and roughly where you are. Chapter 11 and Appendix B cover most of these, but I am glad to be asked.

What I cannot answer
